Our rates vary seasonally. See below for our standard Low Season and High Season and Holiday/Special Event rates. Inquire about your desired dates and we'll provide a detailed estimate for your stay!
Seasonal and Special Rates
Low-Season (May - October): $250 per night, 4-night minimum stay
+ $40 per guest/night after 4 guests
High-Season (November - April): $300 per night, 4-night minimum stay
+ $50 per guest/night after 4 guests
Holidays and Special Events: $350-$450 per night
+ $50 per guest/night after 4 guests

Policy and notes
Payment Schedule
50% due at the time of booking.
Remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
50% of paid prepayments are refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
Meals & Food Costs
Aura Villa is staffed with a cook who will prepare breakfast and dinner to your preference.
Our team stocks the house with provisions prior to your arrival with the arrangement of a deposit for food costs at least 10 days prior to arrival, based on the number of guests and length of your stay. Staff will supply food and beverage receipts upon arrival. Any balance due for groceries will be payable to staff on the day of departure.
